Wellness, Yoga and Mindfulness with Lekshe

This year there is something for everyone from Beginners Yoga for strength, flexibility and so much more or you could  Distress and Relax through Mindfulness. If you would like to continue with your yoga studies then I now have 2 yoga classes each week that are Yoga by Donation and of course not forgetting the kids; the ever popular after school Children’s Yoga, two new Saturday workshops and Parent and Child Holiday Yoga!


Look out for other weekend workshops coming up over the next few months. At the Bodylight Studio I will continue to offer Mindfulness Flow, this year as a drop-in class that will run every week.
I have opened a large home space too where I will be offering private sessions of classes, treatments and support with your wellness. For more on this please contact me. Also, if you are interested in classes or workshops outside of Auckland then please contact me.

Lekshe Chodron has been practicing mindfulness meditation and yoga since 2000 and Reiki since 2005. She is a mindfulness teacher, qualified yoga teacher and Reiki Master Practitioner.  Lekshe skillfully weaves together her knowledge and passion for these different traditions in an easy to understand style to offer mindfulness classes and courses, Reiki sessions and yoga to both children and adults of all abilities and requirements.
